Growing our own food, raising chickens and quails, and preparing home cooked meals are not just hobbies, they are acts of self-sufficiency and sustainability. Welcome to Our Home we founded trullideserio in 2023 because we wanted to have adventures, share the beauty of Salento (Puglia), surrounded by 5 acres of olive grove, 130 Century old olive trees, with almond, fig, and other fruit trees in the countryside of San Michele Salentino we offer a relaxing peaceful stay.
Having owned and run a 2 Rosettes fine dinning restaurant with rooms in Lincoln UK for over 20 years, we decided to come back to Ivano's home region. Ivano has been a Chef for 35 years and Tracey is a certified Wine Expert and love to share their passion for hospitality, food and wine knowledge.
